The number of foreign crews who sent their entry forms for participation in Monbat Rally Sliven 2019 reached 10 after three Greek crews sent their entries. Their cars will compete in group E.

Two new entry forms for participation in the 39th Monbat Rally Sliven received the organizers this morning. They are from the crews Marin Panayotov / Milen Mirchev (Citroen Saxo) and Alexander Borisov / Ivaylo Tsvetkov (Opel Corsa).
