For second time Sliven is host of the rally round championship for people in unequal position, organized by the Bulgarian Recreation Integration and Sport Association (BARIS). The event is being held parallel with Rally Sliven, and the award ceremony of the winners is just minutes before the official opening of the rally.
The first round of the rally championship for people in unequal position started in Sofia. The route in which they raced was build near "St.Alexander Nevski" cathedral.
The winner in the first round of the BARIS championship is Dimitar Pavlov (Seat Ibiza), followed by Pavel Savov and Zhelyo Zhelev.
