In the RC 4 class the competition started with the first stage - with the slightest difference of 3.1 seconds after Grigorov, the leader of the national rally championship Tihomir Stratiev (Peugeot 208 R2) finished the stage. The main competator of Stratiev - Miroslav Angelov (Peugeot 208 R2) left behind with only 0.3 seconds. Another one of the leaders in the class - Daniel Popov (Peugeot 208 R2) made a mistake in entrering the circularly part of the super-special stage and has a passive of little above 10 seconds from Grigorov.

Several crews had serious problems with the equipment and made not so good stage times. The crew of Megaport-Emil Denev / Bogomil Nenov (Renault Clio Sport) had a problem with throttle and finished last.

Two of the favourites in RC 3 class also had their problems - stuck handbrake made Stanislav Vladimirov (Opel Astra GSi) finish 23rd in the general classification and 4th in thee class. The local driver Dilyan Stankov had technical issue and did not finish the whole stage and parked his car in the service park.
