Orhan Avcioglu is one of the most strongest young Turkish rally drivers. For this season he is behind the wheel of Ford Fiesta R5. The car is well known in Bulgaria, because it is former car of Krum Dochev who drove it for the first time at Sliven. Avcioglu started the season with a win at the first round of Turkish rally championship - Ege Rally. After that a series of technical problems forced him to record three retirements at rally "Bulgaria", rally "Troya" and Rally "Bursa".

Orhan Avcioglu and his co-driver Burcin Korkmaz will be one of the main favorites for the victory in 37-th rally "Sliven".

The other Turkish crew of Menderes Okur / Ufuk Uluocak is also know for it participation at this year rally "Bulgaria". They finished at 17-th place in the overall standings and in 8-th place in the RC2 class.

Thanks to the entries of the two crews of Toksport WRT, the number of Turkish crews who are willing to participate at this year rally "Sliven" is six.
