Todor Slavov (Renault Clio R3): "I did the best possible job in this rally and I think I did a good result. We were first in our class and that was very important for us. We were not behind the wheel for a long time and it was hard for us. In the last few stages the tyres were destroyed. We were able to finish and that is the most important thing for us. The car performed very well. I do not know if I will be driving in more rallies this year."
Yagiz Avci (Ford Fiesta S2000): "I am happy that we made it to the final. In Saturday we received a penalty and that hurt our chances. I would have made it to fourth place if there was no penalty because I knew I had no chances for the podium. The Bulgarians know the stages well. In Sliven I gained valuable experience. I would drive here again because the rally is great. Now I will do Rally Serbia that is part of the Eastern Europe championship. I need to gain experience and not results at all cost."
Ekaterina Stratieva (Citroen C2 R2): "I was not able to do what I wanted to do at the beginning of the final day so I am not that happy. Yesterday we had problems with the engine so I was caution. I had small concerns and that hurt my performance. The rally was very tough. I really like SS Bulgarka and SS Stara reka where you can show your full potential. I am not sure if I will be driving in more rallies this season as I am not feeling well. Now I want to have some rest."
Nikolas Klinger (Robert Consani co-driver, Renault Megane RS): "It was very important for us to finish that rally because we were preparing for it for a very long time. We had lots of problems throughout the whole event and that is why we are happy that we are here. In the second half of the rally we were not able to use the full potential of our car – only half of it."
