Thirty-six crews from five countries sent their entry forms for the 40th Monbat Rally Sliven - second round of the Bulgarian Rally Championship and third round of the FIA Balkan Rally Trophy. There are nine foreign teams that will arrive in Sliven for the competition. Most of them are Turkish representatives (5 crews), followed by Romanian ones (2 crews), and the spectators in Sliven will see one team from Hungary and Sweden.

With a decision issued by the management of the 40. Monbat Rally Sliven 2021 the closing date for submittion of entries has been extended. Crews who wish to participate in the rally may send their filled entry form until 08:00 pm on 3 June 2021.

The 40th anniversary Monbat Rally Sliven will offer 11 special stages and nearly 170 competitive kilometers to crews and spectators. The rally, which is the second round of the Bulgarian Rally Championship and the third round of the Balkan Rally Trophy, will take place on June 11th and 12th, betting on a new scheme.

The organisers of the 40th anniversary Monbat Rally Sliven would not give up on the tradition and will offer a significantly changed route to the participating crews for yet another year. The rally is second round of the Bulgarian Rally Championship and fourth one of the FIA Balkan Rally Trophy, and will be held from June 12 to 14. The organisation of the competition goes on schedule, with all the basic details already cleared.

Megaport Racing's crew Miroslav Angelov and Georgi Gadzhev (Skoda Fabia R5) won the 39th Monbat Rally Sliven - second round of the Bulgarian Rally Championship and the fourth round of the Balkan Rally Trophy. Dan Girtofan and Tudor Marza (Skoda Fabia R5) finished second and third place was for Tihomir Stratiev and Edi Sivov (Ford Fiesta Proto).

Една отсечка преди финала на 39-то Монбат Рали Сливен, екипажът на Мегапорт Рейсинг Мирослав Ангелов и Георги Гаджев води с 56,6 секунди на румънските си конкуренти Дан Гъртофан и Тудор Марза. На третата позиция продължава да бъдат Тихомир Стратиев и Еди Сивов.

На пресконференцията в края на първия състезателен на Монбат Рали Сливен 2019 участваха екипажите Мирослав Ангелов / Георги Гаджев (Megaport Racing, Skoda Fabia R5), Дан Гъртофан / Тудор Марза (Pro Rally Team Brasov, Skoda Fabia R5) и Тихомир Стратиев / Еди Сивов (Marina Motorsport, Ford Fiesta Proto).

The crew of Megaport Racing Miroslav Angelov and Georgi Gadzhev (Skoda Fabia R5) are leading decisevily after  the first leg of Monbat Rally Sliven 2019 - second round of national championship and s fourth round of FIA Balkan Rally Trophy. Second are the Romanian crew Dan Girtofan and Tudor Marza (Skoda Fabia R5). Their lag is with 47,5 seconds. Third after the first seven stages are Tihomir Stratiev and Edi Sivov (Ford Fiesta Proto) with 1:35,9 min. from the leaders.

Miroslav Angelov and Georgi Gadzhev are leading the 39th Monbat Rally Sliven after the first three stages of leg 1. Second with almost half of minute are Dan Girtofan and Tudor Marza, and third are Tihomir Stratiev and Edi Sivov.
